I take the honor of running this space seriously. My team and I work hard to make sure that members feel empowered and connected. We also put the same effort into making sure members and my team are protected by appropriate boundaries to make the space safe for all. Some of those boundaries are listed below.
Nate and his team are not available for 1:1 sessions or emotional support. The team will always be happy to help members resolve any administrative issues. Nate and his team will not respond to requests for access to individualized care, consultation, or requests for guidance outside the Q&A format.
If you are experiencing mental health crises (suicidal ideation, needing immediate help, struggling with mental illness, needing acute care or intervention), this membership is not an appropriate resource. Frequently Asked Questions
- What time are the live calls?We rotate the times each session to be as accessible as possible for as many time zones as possible. Our space has a lot of friends in other countries, especially the UK and Australia. You will receive multiple reminder emails on session times, but the calls will always be on the second and fourth Wednesdays. One call will always be in the evening (US time) and the other will rotate between morning and early afternoon times. We will adjust these times based on the needs. The bonus call will always vary.
- How long are the live calls?Each session is 90 minutes long.
- Is this open to the public?This is not open to the public. This is a private space only for those who have joined. The calls are recorded and sent to everyone who could not attend. You can sign up with a pseudonym if you want to remain private, but your information will not be shared with anyone (under any circumstances) unless you choose to do so. If you need any help making sure your name is private for the zoom calls, email us and we can walk you through that.
